性医学标准式小阴唇缝缩整形术(附31例报告)

摘　　要：目的：探讨现代性医学理论在外生殖器手术中的标准化应用模式。方法：自2007年3月至2010年10月,采用自身设计的小阴唇缝缩整形术对31例小阴唇肥大病例进行了手术治疗。结果：31例中切口Ⅰ期愈合29例,轻度感染2例;术后3~6个月随访28例,对手术效果均表示满意,性生活质量显著改善者22例。结论：现代性医学理论结合微创技术可作为小阴唇手术治疗的标准模式。Objectives： To explore the standard of external genital plastic and aesthetic surgery with modern sexual theory.Methods： 31 hypertrophy of labia minora patients are given reduction with a modified self microinvasive plastic and aesthetic method from Mar 3,2007 to Oct 10,2010.Results： Among the 31 cases,29 healed with first intention,2 with mild infection.28 cases are given follow-up visits are 3 to 6 months postoperatively,all satisfied with the operation effects and 22 showed a markedly increased sexual life quality.Conclusion： Microinvasive plastic operation combined with modern sexual theory can be applied as a standard for the labia minora operation.
