阴道后壁“桥式”缝合术对女性性功能的改善分析

摘　　要：目的:对有阴道后壁膨出、性生活不满意的患者行阴道后壁"桥式"缝合术,随访观察手术前后患者性功能的改善情况。方法:选择临床上妇科检查有阴道后壁膨出、经问卷调查性生活不满意的患者68例,均行阴道后壁"桥式"缝合术,进行术前及术后3个月、6个月性生活评估,性生活包括性欲、性高潮、性唤起、性心理等方面。同时比较手术前后婚姻质量。结果:随访68例患者中,术后性生活及婚姻质量均明显改善,各项评分均优于术前。结论:阴道后壁"桥式"缝合术能提高患者的性生活质量和婚姻满意度。Objectives： The patients who are not satisfied with sexual life and combined with vaginal posterior wall prolapse accepted vaginal posterior wall ＂bridge＂ sutura,observed the improvement in sexual function preoperative and postoperative.Methods： We selected sixty-eight patients with vaginal posterior wall prolapse by gynecological examination,and dissatisfied with sexual life by the questionnaire survey,having carried ＂bridge＂ sutura of the vaginal posterior wall.We evaluated the patients quality of sexual life preoperative and postoperative 3 months,6 months,including sexual desire,orgasm,sexual arousal,and psychological aspects.Results： Follow-up 68 patients,the quality of sexual life and marriage were significantly improved after operation,the scores were better than preoperative.Conclusion： Vaginal posterior wall ＂bridge＂ sutura can improve the patients quality of sexual life and marital satisfaction.
