摘　　要：目的：探讨白塞病合并妊娠后结局的患者的特点。方法：选取2009年l月~2010年12月选择大庆龙南医院及油田总医院妊娠合并白塞病的患者,通过观察患者妊娠结局、分娩途径及各项指标随访。结论：白塞病患者需症状及各项指标达到正常,且强的松片维持剂量为5mg者可考虑继续妊娠,且分娩途径以剖宫产结束分娩较好。Objectives： To explore the features who suffered from Behcet＇s disease in patients with pregnancy outcome.Methods： January 2009-December 2010 selection of Daqing Longnan Hospital,General Hospital of Daqing Oil Field pregnancy in patients with Behcet＇s disease,pregnancy outcomes by observing the patient,delivery channels and various indicators of follow-up.Conclusion： The symptoms of Behcet＇s disease and the indicators to be normal,and a maintenance dose of 5mg prednisone tablets may consider continuing pregnancy,and delivery means to the end of cesarean section delivery is better.
