摘　　要：目的:对产后心理相关危险因素筛查表进行信度和效度检验,评价筛查表的适用程度。方法:在5个妇幼保健机构中共调查产妇540名,通过相关分析、探索性因子分析、信度分析和效度分析等方法实施筛查表的效能考评。结果:通过条目再筛选剔除了3个反应性较低的条目;筛查表的克朗巴赫系数为0.735,折半信度接近0.7;筛查表与校标量表SAS、SDS的相关系数分别为0.403和0.300,校标效度尚可;探索性因子分析和相关分析结果也显示出筛查表11个公因子与理论构想相符合,有较好的结构效度。结论:产后心理相关危险因素筛查表信效度考评结果达到要求,建议通过干预试点进一步完善效能。Objective：To test the reliability and validity of the screening inventory for psychological related risk factors in postpartum and evaluate the application scope of the screening inventory.Methods：Five hundred and forty parturients from five maternity and child care centers were investigated.Methods of correlation analysis,exploratory factor analysis,reliability analysis and validity analysis were conducted to achieve efficacy evaluation of the screening inventory.Results：Three reactively lower items after the second screening from the whole list were eliminated.Cronbach＇s ɑ was 0.735 and split-half reliability approached 0.7.Screening inventory correlated with calibration standard scale SAS and SDS were respectively 0.403 and 0.300 of correlation coefficients.The criterion validity was acceptable.The result of exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis showed that the 11 common factors of the screening inventory coincided with the theoretical conception.The construct validity was fairly good.Conclusion：The result of the reliability and validity evaluation of the screening inventory reached the request.It was suggested to improve the utilization efficacy through the pilot intervention.
