摘　　要：英国国家卫生与临床技术优化研究所(NICE)是全球颇为重要的卫生技术评价机构。其在卫生技术评估和临床诊治指南制定领域积累了一定的经验,近年来引起了国际社会的广泛关注。通过深入了解NICE技术评估的做法和临床指南实施的模式,能对我国医药技术评价领域的发展提供有益的启示。UK National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence（NICE） is a leading institution in health technology evaluation in the world.It has accumulated rich experience in evaluating health technology and compiling clinical guidelines,which has attracted world-wide attention in recent years.A deeper understanding of NICE＇s practices in health technology evaluation and clinical guidelines will help develop health technology evaluation in China.
