摘 要:以京白梨、鸭梨及其正反交后代400株实生树为材料,研究其枝梢节间长度的遗传倾向。结果表明:梨树枝梢节间长度为多基因控制的数量性状,正反交后代均呈正态分布,有明显增大的趋势,后代平均遗传传递力为115.70%,加性效应在后代节间长度遗传中占主导地位。正反交后代都出现了极高的超高亲植株,平均超高亲率为91.75%,有很强的杂种优势。正反交后代间有极显著的正相关性(r=0.988**,P<0.01)。Jingbai, Yali pear and their 400 reciprocal cross seedlings were used to study the genetic tendency of internode length of branch. Results showed that internode length was the character controlled by multigene and tended to be longer obviously. Normal distribution was observed on internode length in filial generation, and the average transmitting ability was 115.70%, in which the additive effect played the leading role. Significant heterosis in filial generation was reflected by their higher value of internode length than that of parents, with the average rate as 91.75%. There was a signficant positive correlation between the internode length of reciprocal cross seedlings (r=0. 988**, P〈0.01).
