摘 要:进行了混凝-超滤组合工艺对受污染原水的试验,研究了混凝改善膜通量和防止膜污染的效果.结果表明,投加混凝剂20 mg/L(以A l2(S04)3计)后对不同季节原水的膜通量影响差别较大,在常温20℃和在低温5℃时,混凝后在经过0.45μm膜过滤后的水样对膜通量的影响最大,通量分别下降了39.6%和48.3%.而混凝后直接过滤的水样对膜通量的影响最小,通量分别下降了14.5%和21.8%;在不同温度下,混凝后直接过滤的水样对UV254的去除率都是最高的,分别达到18.8%和42.3%,且在低温时对UV254的去除率最高,说明在低温下直接过滤混凝液更能有效的去除有机物.The effect of coagulation-ultrafiltration process on the contamination water was tested.Discussed the effect of coagulation pretretment improve the membrane flux and prevent membrane fouling.The results showed that:when the dosage of coagulation was 20 mg/L,the different temperatures of the water samples had different result of the membrane flux.in the temperature of 20 ℃ and 5 ℃,after coagulation and 0.45 μm membrane filtration,the water samples had the biggest on membrane flux,there was 39.6% and 48.3% percent decline in flux.However,the sample water of the coagulation had the smallest impact on the membrane flux,there was 14.5% and 21.8% percent decline in flux.But in the different temperatures,the sample water after coagulation had the highest removal rate to UV254,the results reached 18.8% and 42.3%.At the low temperature 5℃,the removal rate was the higest.Therefore,in-line coagulation-UF process can improve the effect of water treatment under low temperature.
