摘  要:使用电镀金刚石砂轮对颗粒增强铝基复合材料进行平面、孔和槽的磨削加工实验研究,目的是研究颗粒增强铝基复合材料磨削加工的效果.在平面加工中使用扫描电子显微镜分析加工表面的形貌,并使用粗糙度仪测量表面粗糙度.在孔和槽的加工中使用工具显微镜测量孔直径和槽的宽度.研究表明,对颗粒增强铝基复合材料进行磨削加工能够获得良好的加工质量,平面磨削的加工表面质量较高,在实验所采用的加工条件下表面粗糙度Ra在0.285~0.82μm之间;孔和槽加工的尺寸精度较高,并且没有出现崩边现象.In this paper,the experimental study of grinding machining of plane,hole and slot of particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites with the electroplated diamond wheel was conducted.In the plane processing the machined surface appearance was analyzed in the using scanning electron microscope(SEM),the surface roughness in the grinding direction was measured using surface roughness tester,the cut off was 0.8 mm and the evaluation length was 5 mm.In the processing of hole and slot was measured hole diameter and slot width using tool microscope.The results showed that high quality processed surface was achieved by using grinding technology,under the experiment condition of this paper the surface roughness of machined plane was between Ra 0.285 μm and 0.82 μm,that the breakage of machined hole and slot in grinding machining can be effectively avoided.
