摘  要:目的应刚彩色多普勒超声评价急进高原人群肱动脉内皮功能。方法选择61例从平原进入3800~4200 m高原的健康自愿者,应用彩色多普勒超卢检测反应性充血前后的肱动脉内径的变化,并与100个正常人相比较。结果急进高原人群肱动脉内径基础值为(3.66±0.32)mm,低于正常对比组(3.82±0.41)mm(P<0.01),反应性充血后肱动脉内径的扩张程度为(9.61±1.42)%,显著低于正常对比组(12.58±1.90)%(P<0.01)。结论彩色多普勒超声不仅可评价平原急进高原人群在低氧环境下血管内皮功能,而且对预防和治疗高原反应性疾病有较高的价值。Objective To evaluate endothelial function of arteria brachialis in populations rapidly entering high altitude area by color Doppler ultrasound. Methods 61 healthy volunteers who entered high altitude (3 800-4 200m) from plain area were selected. The inside diameter changes of arteria brachialis before and after reactive congestion were detected by color Doppler ultrasound while 100 health adults were used as control group. Results The basic value of inside diameter of arteria brachialis in populations rapidly entering high altitude area was 3.66±0.32, which was lower than that of control group(3.82±0.41)mm (P〈0.01). The dilation extent of arteria braehialis after reactive congestion was about (9.61±1.42)%, which was also significantly lower than that of control group( 12.58± 1.90) (P〈0.01). Conclusions Endothelial function of blood vessels in populations rapidly entering high ahitude from plain area at a hypoxia circumstance could be evaluated by color Doppler ultrasound which shows a high value in preventing and curing reactive diseases in high altitude area.
