超声引导下穿刺活检在浅表器官及软组织肿物诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的回顾性总结超声引导下穿刺活检在诊断浅表器官及软组织肿物中的应用价值。方法在超声引导下应用自动弹射式活检枪对150例浅表器官及软组织肿块穿刺活检。结果 150例中,1次穿刺取材获得明确病理学诊断144例,一次成功率96.0%。恶性病灶77例,占51.3%,良性病灶73例,占48.7%。结论超声引导下穿刺活检技术方法简单,能够获得准确的病理学诊断,是鉴别浅表器官及软组织良恶性病变的重要方法 。Objective To retrospectively study the application of ultrasound guided biopsy in the diagnosis of the superficial organ and soft tissue mass. Methods Biopsy of the superficial mass was performed on 126 patients with American Bard needle of biopsy under ultrasound guidance. Results Among 126 cases, 120 cases succeeded in the first biopsy, succeed rate was 96.0 %, 77 cases（51.3%） were malignant, and 73 cases （48.7 % ） were benign. Conclusions The ultrasound guided biopsy of the superficial organ and soft tissue mass can get accuracy pathologic diagnosis. It is important in the differentiation of superficial benign and malignant mass.
