温肺健脾法合穴位敷贴治疗鼻鼽62例  

Therapeutic effect of Lung-warming Spleen-strengthening method combined with acupuncture points dressing therapy on BIQIU with a report of 62 cases

摘　　要：目的观察温肺健脾法合穴位敷贴治疗肺脾气虚型鼻鼽的临床疗效。方法 2009年5月～2010年5月在本院就诊的62例肺脾气虚型鼻鼽患者,采用温肺健脾法合穴位敷贴治疗,内服苍耳子散加玉屏风散合补中益气汤加减,配合大椎穴敷贴及双耳穴贴压,观察治疗效果。结果总有效率为98.39%,其中显效35例(56.45%),有效26例(41.94%),无效1例(1.61%)。结论温肺健脾法配合穴位敷贴治疗肺脾气虚型鼻鼽疗效满意。Objective To sum up the therapeutic effect of Lung-warming Spleen-strengthening method combined with acupuncture points dressing therapy on BIQIU （allergic rhinitis） based on a clinical trial. Methods Sixty-two patients with BIQIU in the pattern of dual deficiency of Lung and Spleen were treated with the Lung-warming Spleen-strengthening method combined with acupuncture points dressing therapy in our Hospital from May, 2009 to May, 2010. Orally taken was the variant prescription of Xanthium Powder, Jude WindBarrier Powder and Center-Supplementing Qi-Boosting Decoction and selected were the points of Dazhui and bilateral ear points for dressing with pressure. Then, therapeutic effect was evaluated among them. Results The total effective rate was 98.39% in this group of cases, with 35 significantly effective （56.45%）, 26 effective （41.96%） and only one ineffective （1.61%）. Conclusions The therapy combined the therapeutic method of Lung-warming Spleen-strengthening with acupuncture points dressing is remarkably effective for the treatment of BIOIU.
