摘　　要：来自骨髓的造血干细胞具有干细胞的多向分化的潜能.近年来有研究表明,在特定微环境下,造血干细胞能诱导分化成肝细胞,也有研究对此表示争议.本文对造血干细胞是否能有效诱导分化成肝细胞作简要综述.Bone marrow-derived hematopoietic stem cells have the potential to undergo multilineage differentiation.Recent studies have shown that,in a given microenvironment,hematopoietic stem cells can differentiate into liver cells.However,some researchers hold a dissenting view.This review discusses the possibility of differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells into liver cells.
