摘　　要：为了保障附件短信业务的管理和维护,提高附件短信执行效率和竞争力,设计了基于WF和B/S的附件短信OA系统。该系统能够实现高效率处理附件短信业务的需要,提供工单管理、公共信息管理、个人信息管理、专业管理和管理监督等功能。This article Design the OA system based on WF and B/S to guarantee the management and the maintenance of the ASM,to improve the efficiency and the competitiveness of the ASM.This OA system can meet the demand of the ASM efficiently,provide the function of work document management,public massage management,private massage management,professional management and supervise management.
