摘　　要：培育战略性新兴产业的政策主要包括产业技术政策、市场培育政策、国际合作政策、投融资政策、税收政策、专项政策等方面。因此,对近年来各部委制定和出台支持战略性新兴产业的政策进行了总结,同时,也对"十一五"期间各部委分别或联合制定的支持高技术产业发展的政策措施进行梳理和评价,并藉此为我国下一步完善培育战略性新兴产业的政策提供借鉴。Policy of fostering strategic emerging industry included technology policy, marketing policy,international cooperation policy,investment and financing policy, tax policy and specific policy etc. Thus,we combed and evaluated the policies of fostering strategic emerging industry and high--teeh industry during the period of the Eleventh Five--Year. Then,we can obtained the reference of fostering strategic emerging industry.
