摘　　要：技术知识是人们在改造和控制自然的实践过程中形成的技术原理、技术规则、技能的综合。技术知识共享能够促使企业内部技术知识储量增多,为企业技术创新提供智力支持。在企业技术创新过程中,技术知识共享的主体是个人、团体和组织,技术知识共享的内容是显性技术知识、隐性技术知识以及显性技术知识与隐性技术知识的相互转化,技术知识共享的手段包括传统和现代两种。技术知识共享包括正式创新网络和非正式创新网络两种模式,编码化策略和协调机制可以促进技术知识在正式创新网络中的共享,依靠情感、信任等因素维系的非正式创新网络有利于拓展技术知识共享的广度,加深技术知识共享的深度。The technological knowledge is a synthesis of technology principle, technology regulation and skill formed in the practical process of changing and controlling nature. Technological knowledge sharing would enable companies to increase technical knowledge, and provide intellectual support for technological innovation of enterpri- ses. In the process of technological innovation of enterprises, the subject of technological knowledge sharing are in- dividuals, groups and organizations. The content of technological knowledge sharing are explicit teehnological knowledge and tacit technological knowledge and the transformation. The means of technological knowledge sharing includes traditional and modern. Technological knowledge sharing includes formal networks and informal network of innovation. The codification strategy and coordination mechanism can promote technological knowledge sharing in the formal networks of innovation. The informal networks of innovation, which relies on emotion and trust, can ex- pand the scope of technological knowledge sharing, ean deepen the depth of technological knowledge sharing.
