摘　　要：当前企业的竞争是基于价值链的创新能力竞争。以"创新服务链"为理论框架,分析了提升我国科技中介系统整体服务能力应当注意的若干问题,指出科技中介是现代服务业的重要组成部分,围绕企业的创新链,分析创新需求,提供相应的服务,是科技中介机构存在的价值所在。The competition of innovation capacity based on the value chain is the main factor in the current competition between enterprises. Technology intermediary makes an important role in the modern service industry. The function of technology intermediary is to analyze the need of innovation and provide appropriate service based on the value innovation chain. This paper proposes the Jtinnovation service chain＂, analyzes the technology intermediary service system, and points out some issues in improving the whole technology intermediary service based on the ＂innovation service chain＂ theoretical frame.
