摘　　要：规模经济是企业和理论界共同关注的重大问题之一。伴随着社会的发展和技术的进步,影响规模经济的要素也在不断的发生变化,除了传统的技术因素,市场和资源日益成为影响企业规模经济的重要约束条件。以动态的视角来分析技术、资源、市场等约束条件下的产业规模经济演化进程,并以钢铁产业为例,通过钢铁产业生产方式的变化过程来分析规模经济的演进特点。Scale economy is one of the major issues concerned by both theorists and enterprises. With the development of social and technological progress, the influence factors of scale economy have changed a lot. Besides the traditional technical factor, market and resources factors are increasingly becoming the important constraint condi- tions. This paper will analyze the process of scale economy evolution under the constraints of technology, resources and market from a dynamic perspective. And iron and steel industry especially the development of its mode of production will be taken as an example to analyze the characteristics of scale economy evolution process.
