摘 要:举升原理是通过套管式反循环喷射泵(动力液从油套管环空进入,由油管返出)将油层产出液举升到一定高度,再由有杆泵系统接替举升至地面。介绍了接替举升系统的工艺设计方法、喷射泵参数匹配设计方法和两泵之间的关联设计方法。举升工艺在胜利桩西油田的桩52-10井进行了现场试验,设计有杆泵下深1650m,喷射泵下深2250m,接替高度600m。结果显示,在试验前后有杆泵系统相似的情况下,接替举升使抽油机最大负荷与最小负荷的差值变小,且最大负荷有较大下降,油井日产液、日产油增加。表明接替举升有效地改善了抽汲系统的工况,具有明显的增产效果。The relay lift technology of hydraulic jet pump and sucker rod pump has been studied. The principle of the technology is that the cashing reverse circulation jet pump lifts well fluid from the oil reservoir to some height where the sucker rod pump lifts the fluid to the ground contimuously. The methods of technology design, jet pump parameter matching design and association design of the two pumps are described in this paper. The technology was tested by Zhuang 5210 well in Shengli Oilfield. The set depths of the sucker rod pump and the jet pump are 1650m, 2250m respectively, and relay lift height is 600. As a result, the difference between the maximum and minimum beam unit load is smaller than before, and the maximum beam unit load is reduced greatly, and daily oil production of the well increased. The test indicates that the relay lift technology can improve the test indicates that the relay lift technology cam improve the working conditions of the swabbing system and effectively increased.
