摘　　要：通过对早产儿胃肠内营养支持的护理研究进展的总结,护理人员要根据早产儿的自身特点选择合适的喂养时间和乳类、喂养方式和方法、体位,并通过非营养性吸允、刺激排便、腹部按摩和药物干预等方法进行喂养不耐受的护理干预,以帮助早产儿尽快耐受胃肠内喂养,满足快速生长的营养需求。This paper summarized the nursing progress of gastrointestinal nutrition supports for premature infants,including choosing suitable feeding time and dairy,feeding methods and ways, as well as feeding position based on the characteristics of premature infants. And through non - nutritive sucking, stimulating bowel movement, abdominal massage and drug intervention methods of feeding intolerance nursing intervention, to help premature infants tolerate gastrointestinal feeding as soon as possible and meet the nutritional needs of rapid growth.
