摘　　要：目的探讨海外非战争军事行动中护理危机管理的方法。方法建立"队长-护士长-护士"的护理应急处置组织,完善各级管理职能与职责;制订护理应急预案,加强制度建设;对护理人员应急处置能力进行培训;加强护理质量管理。结果执行维和任务的护士共接诊伤员8 400余例次,完成各类手术配合28例,前接、后送12例伤员,护理工作满意度99.80%,居任务战区之首;参加医疗救援联合行动的护士疫苗接种1 600余例次,未发生任何护理缺陷与纠纷。结论针对任务性质建立全方位突发事件管理预案是应对危机的基础,建立规范的行为准则和制度是遏制危机的前提。Objective To investigate the methods of nursing crisis managmnent in the overseas non - war military operations. Methods We established the organization for nursing emergency response in three levels of team captain - head nurse - nurse. The management functions and responsibilities at the three levels were consummated. We also developed nursing emergency preplans, strengthened system construction,provided training on emergeney response for nurses and enhanced nursing quality management. Results The peacekeeping nurses attended over 8 400 eases of patients＇treatment and assisted 28 cases＇operation and 12 cases of injured patients were transported. Nurses＇job satisfaetion was 99.80% ,ranking the first among all the mission zones. More than 1 600 cases of patients were vaccinated by nurses who participated in the joint medical rescue action and there was no nursing defect and dispute. Conclusion Establishing the comprehensive emergency management preplan based on the situation of task is the basis of crisis handling. And establishing a standard conduct and system is a prerequisite to constrain crisis.
