遮光式保温灯用于显微血管术后患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨遮光式保温灯和普通烤灯应用于显微血管术后对患者的影响。方法将114例患者分为两组,实验组采用遮光式保温灯提高局部温度,对照组采用普通烤灯提高局部温度,对两组患者的舒适度、睡眠、对室友的影响及再植/移植组织的成活率进行比较。结果两组患者在舒适度、睡眠质量、对室友的影响、再植/移植组织的成活率方面差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论显微血管术后采用遮光式保温灯对再植/移植组织进行局部保温,可提高患者的舒适度,改善睡眠质量,减少对同室病友的不良影响,提高再植/移植组织的成活率,有助于临床护理工作的改进。Objective To compare the effects of incandescent lamp with improved lampshade and that with ordinary lampshade applied in the patients after micro - vascular surgery. Methods A total of 114 patients were divided into two groups. To keep the surgery site warmth,the experimental group received the irradiation of the incandescent lamp with improved lampshade, and the control group received the irradiation of the incandescent lamp with ordinary lampshade. The data about the comfort level, sleep quality,influence to wardmates,and the survival rate of the replanted or reconstructed tissue were collected and compared between the two groups. Results There were statistically significant differences in these aspects of comfort level, sleep quality,influence to wardmates,and the survival rate of the replanted or reconstructed tissue between the experimental group and the control group （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion After applying the incandescent lamp with improved lampshade in patients after micro - vascular surgery to keeping warmth in replanted or reconstructed tissue, it is more superi- or in enhancing the comfort level, sleep quality,and the survival rate of the replanted or reconstructed tissue,and reducing the influence to wardmates.
