摘　　要：东北东部地区资源加工业依托当地丰富的资源赋存,取得了巨大的进步;尤其是近年来,在保留原有优势产业的基础上,形成了一系列具有地区特色的产业,更将地区的资源加工业推向了新高度。但从地区资源加工业的整体发展情况来看,仍存在技术设备落后、产品结构不合理、资源面临枯渴、环境污染突出等问题,如何跨越这些发展中的障碍,已经成为东北东部地区资源加工业健康、持续发展的重要任务。为此建议:形成产业发展的反思支持系统;强化和优化支柱产业;加强区域分工和合作;走可持续发展之路。Largely depending on the abundant local resource deposition,the resource-based labrieation industries m the eastern part of Northeast China have made great progress. Especially in recent years, based on the original advantageous industries,it has formed a series of industries with regional characteristics, and thus leads the local resource-based fabrication industries to a new height. However, seeing from a overall point of view of the development, there are still many problems. It has become an essential task of the resource-based fabrication industries in the eastern part of Northeast to face with these obstacles in the process of the development. This paper has given some specific strategies and recommendations on development on the basis of the analyses of the resource deposition, the current situation of the resource-based fabrication industries and the existing problems in the eastern part of the Northeast China.
