摘  要:目的 探讨促红细胞生成素(EPO)对糖尿病急性心肌梗死(AMI)兔心室重塑的影响.方法 应用四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病兔模型,模型成功后观察饲养1个月,随机数字法分为A假手术组、B手术对照组和C手术用药组.A组开胸冠状动脉穿线不结扎;B、C组开胸冠状动脉结扎法制备兔AMI模型;C组建立模型后两次法耳缘静脉注射EPO 1000 U/kg,1个月后处死动物取心脏组织,TTC染色、HE染色及天狼猩红-饱和苦味酸染色了解心梗周围心肌纤维化情况.结果 C组较B组心肌梗死面积减少,纤维化程度明显减轻,Ⅰ型纤维及Ⅰ/Ⅲ型纤维下降.结论 EPO对糖尿病兔急性心肌梗死后有明显心脏保护作用,心肌间质重塑明显减轻.Objective To study the effect of erythropoietin on myocardial remodeling matrix metallopro- teinases express in diabetes mellitus post-myocardial infarction rabbits. Methods The DM model was established by injecting alloxan. After 1 month the alive rabbits were randomly divided into AMI group, erythropoietin treatment group and control group. The AMI model was established by ligation of coronary artery. It was estimated suc- cess of through rising the ST-segment in electrocardiogram. Erythropoictin treatment group were treated with erythropoietin (1000 U/kg) twice after 1 week. The hearts were taken out after one month. TTC stain and HE stain were used to study the myocardial fibrosis around MI. Statistical analysis was performed by analysis of SPSS 13.0 system. Results Compared with AMI group, the myocardial infarction size, collagen type Ⅰ and Ⅲ were significantly lower in erythropoietin treatment group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of erythropoietin can protect myocardium and inhibit myocardium remodeling in post-myocardial infarction rabbits with diabetes mellitus.
