摘　　要：针对封隔器承压能力与解封力之间的矛盾而研制的Ｙ４１１—１１５型可取式双卡瓦封隔器，主要由坐封、解封和密封三大机构组成，靠机械坐封和解封，并设有液体平衡通道、应急释放装置及独特的自锁机构，使得封隔器解封力与承压能力无关，具有防中途坐封、解封可靠、可重复坐封和解封、承受上下压差能力高和操作简单等特点。这种封隔器应用于气举完井、负压射孔、机械卡堵水和分（选）层酸化等工艺管柱中，可避免油管产生螺旋弯曲，提高气举投捞作业的成功率和气举效率，并可减缓抽油杆与油管偏磨，还可降低作业难度和作业成本，提高起下管柱成功率和管柱寿命。Model Y411-115 retrievable double slip packer is developed in the light of the contradiction between the pressure bearing capacity and releasing force. The new packer consists of setting mechanism, releasing mechanism and sealing mechanism, can be set and released mechanically, and is provided with liquid equalizing pass and emergency releasing device and unique self-locking mechanism, and is characterized by reliable setting and releasing and easy operation. By using ibis packer, spiral bending of the tubing string can be avoided, the wear between the tubing and sucker rod can be reduced, therefore the service life of tubing string and rod string can be extended.
