摘　　要：根据实际生产运行结果，分析了丙烯腈催化剂活性下降的原因。采取对丙烯腈生产原料有害杂质总量控制，适当补加ＭｏＯ３，合理安排生产负荷，优化反应温度与进料氨比、空比，提高丙烯腈精制收率等措施后，稳定了催化剂活性。Based on actual production data,this paper analyzed the causes underlying the decay in acrylonitrile catalyst activity.Corresponding measures have been taken to stabilize catalyst activity and to assure stable operation under high load.These include:control of total quantity of harmful impurities in raw materials,addition of appropriate amount of MoO3,reasonable arrangement of production load,optimization of reaction temperature and ammonia/air feed ratio and increase of rate of recovery of AN during purification.
