摘　　要：研究了用紫外分光光度法测定富马酸二甲酯（ＤＭＦ）含量的方法，探讨了测定过程中条件的变化对测定结果的影响，获得了测定的适宜条件：波长２１０±２ｎｍ；温度１９～２５℃；无水乙醇为溶剂；测定体系的ｐＨ为７２５～８２５。ＤＭＦ的含量与溶液的吸光度的关系为β＝００９３３Ａ＋００４１６，经与色－质谱分析结果对比。A method for the determination of dimethyl fumarate(DMF)purity by UV spectrophotometry was reported in this paper.Effect of measurement conditions on absorbancy was investigated and suitable parameters for measurement were obtained:wavelength 208212nm;temperature 1925;anhydrous ethanol as solvent;pH=725825.The calibration equation is P =00933XA +00416.The measurement error is small compAuthor ared with the results of GC/MS.This shows that this method has high accuracy.
