摘 要:目的:确立乳腺癌围手术期健康教育路径实施效果评价的量化指标,以获得较为科学的路径效果评价工具。方法:在访谈和回顾大量文献的基础上先确立备选指标,通过专家会议法初步确定后,采用Delphi法对23名专家进行3轮专家咨询,采用AHP法对确定的各指标建立判断矩阵以量化评价指标。结果:4次专家咨询调查问卷回收应答率均为100%,4次专家权威程度α系数分别为0.8244、0.8597、0.9256和0.8434,咨询结果具有可信度。专家一致性系数为0.8279、0.8532、0.8767和0.8987。权重判断矩阵符合一致性检验。结论:运用Delphi法确定评价指标后采用AHP法量化,根据权重系数所占比重排序评价指标项目依次为术后指导、术晨指导、化疗指导、康复指导、总体评价、入院指导、术前指导、出院指导。临床护理人员应根据健康指导对患者生存质量重要性的影响程度对其进行健康教育,从而进一步提高患者健康教育实施的效果。Objective:To establish the quantitative evaluation of breast perioperative health education paths effect to obtain more scientific performance evaluation tool path.Methods:Based on the literature review and interviews,the path effect evaluation index was determined primarily by the method of Delphi 23 experts on three rounds,using AHP method to establish the weights of the judgment matrix evaluation indexes after consulting experts on each index.Results:Three-expert consultation questionnaire recycling response rate was 100%,the authoritative degree were 0.8244,0.8597,0.9256 and 0.8434,respectively,and the consultation was desirable.Judgment matrix questionnaire recycling response rate was 100%,and the experts uniformity coefficient were 0.8279,0.8532,0.8767 and 0.8987 with consistency check.Conclusion:Using Delphi and AHP method after evaluation index weight coefficient quantification,the proportion of sorting order was postoperative guidance,chemotherapy,early rehabilitation guidance,general hospital,preoperative evaluation and guidance,discharge guidance.The clinical nursing instruction should be based on the importance of the influence degree about the health quality of survival patients with the health education to improve the effect of reference.
