摘 要:考察了采用荷兰Comprimo公司、加拿大Delta公司及美国Parsons公司硫回收及尾气处理先进技术的工业装置概况。KPE公司鹿特丹炼油厂应用Comprimo公司的Srperclaus工艺,将二级常规Claus工艺改造为三级常规Clans和Superclaus工艺,硫产量由原来的50t/d上升到70t/d,硫回收率由94%上升到99.2%,液硫脱气采用Shell公司的技术。The Commercial units using advanced sulfur recovery and tail gas treatment technologies of the Netherlandish Comprimo CO., the Canadian Delta Co. and the American Parsons Co. were investigated. The Super- claus process of Comprimo Co. was applied in revamping the conventional two-stage Claus process into three-stage conventional Claus process and Superclaus process in Rotterdam Refinery of KPE Corporation. After revamping, the sulfur production increased from 50t/d to 70t/d, while the sulfur recovery ratio from 94% to 99. 2%. The technology of Shell Corporation was adopted for liquid sulfur degasification. H2S contents were about 300μg/g before and less than 10μg/g after degassing. The SO2 concentration in the mixed flue gas was 1500 mg/m3. Four stage MCRC process of Delta Co. was adopted in the natural gas plant of the Canadian Westcoast Energy Corporation. The sulfur production was 1050t/d, steam with pressure of 3. 5 MPa was generated in the waste heat hailer and the process gas was heated by steam and by gas-gas heat exchange. The sulfur recovery rate was 99. 3 %. Liquid sulfur was degassed by recycling and the H2S content in degassed liquid sulfur reached 20 ~ 30μg/g. The BSR process of Parsons Co. was adopted in the three refineries at Alliance, tale Charles and Texaco Corpration, in which three-stage Claus process was used. Steam with pressure of 4MPa was generated in the waste heater boiler in foe two former refineries, while of 1MPa in the latter. The whoing-absorption process was used for tail-gas treatment with a sulfur recovery rate of 99. 8%, and the H2S concentration in tail-gas exhausted to atmosphere was less than 10μL/L.
