摘　　要：目的探索基于互联网互动反馈机制的体重管理模式的可行性和有效性。方法将60名超重或肥胖者随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组采取互联网健康自我管理,干预组在对照组的基础上加入健康管理师的服务,为期3个月。对两组对象管理前及管理后的体重、腰围、血压、血脂、空腹血糖进行比较。结果两组基线数据的比较差异无统计学意义。干预组管理后的体重(79.87±6.91)kg较管理前(83.23±6.88)kg显著降低;干预组和对照组管理后的腰围、血压、血脂、血糖等健康指标均较管理前有不同程度改善。干预组改善效果优于对照组。结论基于互联网互动反馈机制的体重管理模式能够有效降低体重,且由健康管理师提供干预服务的方式比自我管理的方式可获得更显著的减重效果。Objective To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of web-based tailored feedback weight management program.Methods 60 overweight or obese subjects were randomly allocated to two groups.During three-month trial,all the subjects received web-based tailored feedback.Additionally,the intervention group received access to a personal coach and opportunities to contact professionals at request.The primary outcome,including body weight,waist circumference,blood pressure,blood lipids,fasting blood glucose were assessed at the baseline and after 3 months.Results Body weight in the intervention group was reduced significantly after three-month intervention（83.23±6.88 kg vs 79.87±6.91 kg,P0.05）.In addition,waist circumference,blood pressure,blood lipids,glucose and other health indicators in both groups were all improved through web-based tailored feedback health management.Effect of the intervention group improved significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion Web-based tailored feedback weight management was a promising mode for weight loss.The combination of health professionals and web-based tailored feedback weight management had a significantly greater impact on weight loss than did web-based tailored feedback weight management alone.
