摘  要:通过对国内一些炼油厂重整预加氢系统所发生的设备腐蚀问题以及防治措施的调查,提出只有采用脱氯技术,才是解决重整装且氯腐蚀的根本出路.作者结合洛石化70万t连续重整装置的工艺特点,提出了高温脱氯和低温脱氯的双重防治方案.It has been found out through the investigation of the corrosion of the equipment in the pre-hydrotreating system of catalytic reformers and corrosion protection measures taken in domestic refineries that the application of dechlo-rination technology was the basic solution to the chloride corrosion problems of the catalytic reforming units. The corrosion control schemes of the high-temperature and low-temperature dechlorination were proposed based upon the process characteristics of the 700,000 tpy continuous catalytic reformer (CCR) in Luoyang Petrochemical Complex.
