摘 要:文章介绍了一种建立在L—M剩余寿命估算方法和温度检测方法基础上的快速、非接触在线估算炉管剩余寿命的软件系统,用于炉管的规范管理和在线剩余寿命评估.通过对加热炉内多根炉管温度、剩余寿命、外径与壁厚同时进行的统计分析,不仅可以快速在线估算炉管的剩余寿命,分析寿命与材料损伤的原因,而且可以对加热炉的工作状态进行在线评估与诊断,为及时给出加热炉的故障排除方案提供了一种新方法.Here described was a computer program system established based upon the L-M residual life assessment method and temperature detecting method for the fast and non-contact on-line assessment of residual life of furnace tubes. It could be used for furnace tube management and residual life assessment. By the simultaneous analysis of the temperature, outside diameter and wall thickness of the furnace tubes, not only the residual life of the tubes could be fast assessed online and the causes of material damage analyzed but also the operating mode of the furnace could be assessed and diagnosed, which provided a new approach for working out the trouble shooting scheme for furnace in a timely manner.
