摘　　要：通过石家庄炼油厂部分热设备的红外检测、故障诊断分析的实例,概括地介绍了红外热像技术在石化设备检测及故障诊断中的应用,进而在保障设备“安稳长”运行,及开展预知性维修方面取得了明显效果.Through the case study of infrared testing and emergency diagnosis of the heat exchangers in Shijiazhuang Refinery , the application of infrared thermal imaging technology in the testing and emergency diagnosis of the petrochemical equipment was introduced. Good results have been achieved in maintaining the long-term reliable operation and implementing preventive maintenance.
