摘　　要：高校图书馆是为学校教学和科研服务的学术性机构，对学校的发展起到重要的推动作用。高校图书馆自身存在着一些不利于发展的因素，因此，高校图书馆需要图书馆员2．0，需要馆员运用众多的Web2．0技术，转换服务理念，改变服务方式，提高服务质量，以促进学校发展。The university library is an academic institution which serves the school teaching and scientific research. It plays an important role in promoting the school＇s development. The university library itself also has some unfavorable factors in the process of development. Therefore, the university library needs librarian 2.0. Librarians can use a large number of Web 2.0 technology to converse service ideas, change service mode, improve service quality to promote school development.
