摘　　要：图书馆道德是图书馆建设的重要组成部分，在市场经济体制下，高校图书馆更要高举图书馆道德这面大旗，在馆领导、图书馆员工、读者等在图书馆建设中，都要自觉以图书馆道德准则为行动指南，藉以增强图书馆的凝聚力，激励员工的工作积极性。The library morals is an important part of library construction, in the market economy system, the university library should hold high the banner of morals, the leaders, library staff, readers must take the library morals as the guide to action in the library building so as to strengthen the library cohesive force, drive staff＇s working enthusiasm.
