产学合作在计算机应用型人才培养中的实践

摘　　要：针对学校培养的计算机应用型人才和企业实际需求之间存在着较大差异,导致学生就业缺乏竞争力的现实状况,通过分析产学合作过程中各方的利益,把企业的人才需求、学校的人才培养和学生的应用能力提高这三者有机地结合起来,实现三方互利共赢。本文给出产学合作的理念和思路,并对产学合作的具体实施进行详细阐述,在计算机应用型人才培养中取得较好效果。As there is a big gap between computer-based talents training in education practice and the company demands, it has caused less competitiveness for our students in the job markets. After analyzing the interests of all parties in the industry cooperation process, we can combine the company personnel demands, school talents training with the improvement of student application capabilities, eventually attaining three-way victory. This paper presents the concepts and ideas of the industry collaboration and demonstrates its comprehensive practice in detail which has achieved good results.
