摘　　要：计算机科学与技术的迅速发展要求专业人才培养必须与时俱进,这种与时俱进特别需要体现在应用型人才的培养上,尤其是学生动手能力和适应市场能力的培养。本文根据计算机应用技术的发展以及市场对计算机应用型人才的需求,从课程体系、实践环节以及教学形式和方法上对应用型人才的培养作了深层次探讨,一些做法和结果对开展各类应用型人才培养有一定启示作用。Due to the rapid development of Computer Science and Technology, the cultivation of professional talents in the related fields must keep pace with the times, which is particularly showed in the training of applied talents to enhance manipulative ability and market adaptive ability. According to the development of computer application technology and the market demand of computer applied talents, this paper explores the cultivations of talents for several years in course systems, practical systems and its forms and methods. Some methods and results are enlightened to the training of all kinds of applied talents.
