摘　　要：学生管理工作是一个庞杂的系统工程,特别对于高职学院的学生来说,单靠个别专职人员远远不够。务必依靠学生管理者和家长的合力,形成齐抓共管、全员育人的良好局面。高职学院学生管理工作务必坚持以人为本,科学发展,从"爱"出发、从"心"开始。Student management is a vast and complex system engineering,especially for vocationalcollege students,the individual full-time personnel are inadequate Managers must rely on students and parents together to form a joint management and a good situation。Management of vocational school students must adhere to people-centered,scientific development,＂from love＂,＂from heart＂.
