摘　　要：宋代是我国海外贸易空前发展时期,形成了一整套调整海外贸易的法律制度。这些法律制度,一方面适应了外贸发展的需要,为政府增加了巨额的财政收入,另一方面由于过于严格的政府掌控,也抑制了海外贸易的健康发展。研究宋代海外贸易法律制度,对于全面认识宋代经济社会状况和完善目前我国市场经济法制具有重要的借鉴意义。Song Dynasty is an unprecedented period of development of overseas trade,overseas trade to form a complete set of adjusting the legal system.The legal system,on the one hand meet the needs of the development of foreign trade for the Government to increase a huge amount of revenue,partly because of overly strict government control,also inhibited the healthy development of foreign trade.
