摘 要:探讨对苯二甲酸(TPA)作业人群尿液离子水平的变化。方法留取224名TPA作业工人和114名对照组工人当日工前工后尿样。对尿pH、Na+、Cl-、Ca2+、NH4+、PO43-和SO42-进行测定分析。结果接触组尿Na+、Cl-、Ca2+和SO42-离子浓度显著高于对照组(P<001),同时NH4+与尿TPA负荷存在明显的剂量依赖关系;指标聚类分析表明,尿TPA水平与尿NH4+水平相关系数最大(r=02405,P<001),提示TPA可能是导致尿NH4+离子排泄增加的原因。结论由于NH4+长期排泄过多,会导致机体负氮平衡,因此似可以尿NH4+作为接触TPA的早期生物学监测指标。Objective To explore the changes in urine levels of ions in workers exposed to terephthalic acid(TPA).Methods Urine specimens were collected from 224 workers exposed to terephthalic acid and 114 controls before and after their shift and pH,Na +,K +,Cl -,Ca 2+ ,NH 4 +,PO 4 3- and SO 4 2- in the urine were determined.Results Urine levels of Na +,Cl -,Ca 2+ and SO 4 2- were significantly elevated in the exposed than in the controls(P<0 01).Urine NH 4 + excretion correlated with urine TPA load with a significant dose dependent relationship.Cluster analysis of these indicators showed the largest correlation coefficient of 0 2405(P<0 01) between urine TPA load and NH 4 +,indicating that TPA was the cause leading to increasing urine excretion of NH 4 +.Conclusion Because long term excessive excretion of NH 4 + in urine could cause negative nitrogen balance in the body,urine NH 4 + level could be used as an early indicator in biological monitoring.
