摘 要:体外循环下心脏外科手术中,有大量稀释液经尿排出体外,同时排出大量钾离子。本实验目的是探讨合理补充钾离子的方法。结果表明,循环前、中、后血钾与尿钾的相关性非常低。循环前与循环屯循环前与循环后尿钾浓度均有显著差异;循环中与循环后无显著差异。因此不能根据尿钾浓度而要根据实际测定值判定血钾浓度;补充尿中排出的钾离子时,应分为循环开始以前和以后两个阶段计算。During heart operation with extracorporeal circulation a great quantity of diluent is expelled from body with urine .This also takes away a great deal of potassium .The aim of the experiment is to find reasonable means to complement the lost potassium .The result showed that the correlation coefficient betWeen serum potassium and urine before potassium before extracorporeal circulation and during extracorporeal circulation and after extracorporeal circulation was very low. Comparing the potassium concentration in urine before and during extracorporeal circulation, before and afer extracorporeal circulation, there was remarkable differcnce. There was not remarkable difference during extracorporeal circulation and after extracorporeal circulation. So.we can' t guess the serum potassium concentration according to urine potassium concentration and it should be given different quantity of potassium in the period of BEC and after BEC.
