摘　　要：风险投资的退出机制是风险投资运作过程的最后也是至关重要的环节。风险投资的退出机制是否完善有效,退出方式的选择是否适当,是决定风险投资能否获得成功的关键所在。就风险投资几种主要的退出方式进行了相关的分析与比较,然后提出了健全我国风险投资退出机制的建议。The exit mechanism for venture capital is the final and also vital link in venture capital.If the exit mechanism for venture capita is perfect and effective,if the selection of exit strategy is appropriate is the key to the success of venture capital.There are the related analysis and comparision of the exit and the proposal for venture capital in this paper.
