拇趾C形皮瓣修复拇指外伤后皮肤组织缺损的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨拇趾C形皮瓣在拇指外伤后皮肤组织缺损修复中的应用及临床效果。方法对12例拇指外伤皮肤组织缺损的患者,根据皮肤组织缺损的情况设计同侧或对侧拇趾C形皮瓣进行修复、再植。结果 12例患者术后移植皮瓣均成活,恢复伤指外形及功能,随访3个月至2年,皮瓣质地外形逼真,感觉良好。结论拇趾C形皮瓣修复拇指外伤皮肤组织缺损外形满意,术后伤指功能恢复良好,供区损伤少,受区临床效果佳,是一种优良的方法。Objective To investigate the repair of defect on on pollex skin and soft tissues with hallex＂C＂flaps.Methods Occording to the shap and the extent of wound,we design the＂C＂flaps on hallex.12 patients with defect on pollex skin and soft tissues were repaired by the hallex＂C＂flaps.Results All the flaps were survied.The contour and the function of wound finger recoved well.Followed up 3 months to 2 years,the wound fingers all had satisfactory esthetic result and had a good sense postoperatively.Conclusion The wound pollexs which repaired by hallex＂C＂flaps have esthetic results postoperatively.And the donor site damage small.It is a useful repair methods for pollex skin and soft tissues defect and worth popularizing.
