摘　　要：近年来,"看病难"已成为举国上下关注的焦点问题,更是当前医疗卫生部门的头等大事,而这一问题在农村的表现尤为突出。基于中国"看病难"、医疗资源有限的现状,另辟蹊径对有限医疗资源内部潜力的无限挖掘一定是破解眼前困境的一条出路。以温州医学院附属第一医院为例,主动缓解在农村尤为突出的"看病难"问题。The problem of ＂Seeing a doctor is difficult＂ has become a focus all over the nation recently. It is also the major issue for health organizations which especially emerges in rural areas. Owing to the fact that seeing a doctor is difficulty in China and the limited medical resources, the prospective way is to tap the potential of that limit to the greatest extent. The author explores the solutions with the fact that the first provincial Wenzhou hospital of Zhejiang to ease the severe problem of ＂seeing a doctor is difficult＂ in the countryside.
