摘 要:采用全光自动喷雾扦插育苗设备,进行欧洲云杉、白云杉、黑云杉、东部白松4 个国外引进成功树种半木质化嫩枝扦插试验,探讨了这4 个树种的扦插育苗技术。沙质插壤上各树种生根率分别达欧洲云杉77 .5 % 、白云杉52 % 、黑云杉44 .5 % , 东部白松在锯末插壤上扦插生根率为35 % 。为进一步扩大栽培,加速林木良种化,走有性选择、无性繁育的无性系林业发展道路,提供了新的可行的无性繁殖方法。This paper involves in cuttage experiment of four coniferous trees species successfully introduced from abroad, namely, Picea abies,P.glauca, P. mariana and Pinus strobus. Semi lignified cuttings of these species were cultivated in different medium with sunlightcontrolled mist system.The results indicated that in sandy cutting medium root growing rate of cuttings of Picea abies, P. glauca and P.mariana were 77.5%,52%and 44.5% respectively,while in saw dust cutting medium 35% of cuttings of Pinus strobus had roots. Being a tentative experiment of clonal propagation of precious coniferous species, this study provides a practical way to expand cultivation of good quality tree species through clonal breeding after sexual selection.
