摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌的CT诊断和术前分期评价。方法回顾性分析32例经手术及病理确诊的胃癌患者CT资料,并进行术前TNM分期,与手术及病理结果对照,总结胃癌的术前CT诊断和分期价值。结果本组32例螺旋CT扫描病灶的检出率100%,CT的T分期准确率81.2%,N分期的准确率为71.8%,TNM分期的综合准确率为78.1%。结论螺旋CT扫描对于胃癌的病灶发现和肿块侵润范围、胃周受侵程度、淋巴结肿大程度、术前分期的评估等具有较高的临床价值。Objective To discuss CT diagnosis of gastric carcinoma and preoperative staging evaulation.Methods The CT information of 32 patients with operatively and pathologically confirmed gastric carcinoma was retrospectively analyzed,underwent preoperative TNM-staging and compared with operation and pathology.The preoperative CT diagnosis and staging evaluation gastric carcinoma were summarized.Results The detection rate of focus in the 32 patients of this group by spiral CT scan was 100%,T staging accuracy of CT was 81.2%,N staging accuracy was 71.8% and TNM staging comprehensive accuracy was 78.1%.Conclusion The spiral CT scan includes higher clinical value for finding the focus of gastric carcinoma and evaluating tumor bump infiltration scope,invasive degree of gastric circumference,enlargement degree of lymph nodes and preoperative staging.
