摘  要:部分长输管道工艺站场埋地管线的腐蚀穿孔,已对管道的安全生产运行构成较大威胁。站场埋地管线腐蚀破坏是由设计、施工、管理等多方因素造成的,本文提出:减少工艺管线埋地敷设、加大站场区域性阴极保护力度、完善外防腐涂层结构、加强防腐层施工质量管理、避免采用铜等高电位接地材料等防护措施,以降低站内埋地管线腐蚀事故的发生。Corrosive perforations of underground pipelines in part of long-distance pipeline stations have already made large threat to safety production operation of pipeline.The corrosion of underground pipelines in stations was mainly caused by many factors,such as the design,construction and management.This article indicates that there are many protection measures to reduce corrosion accidents of underground pipelines in stations,such as to reduce buried installation of process pipeline,to increase the regional cathode protection in stations,to perfect the outside anti-corrosion coating structure,to improve the construction quality management for anticorrosive coating and to avoid using high potential grounding materials,e.g.copper.
