摘　　要：江苏LNG外输管道工程管线桥防腐管外防腐层采用环氧富锌底漆、环氧云铁中间漆、耐候氟碳面漆三层结构复合涂层。外防腐涂层的质量直接关系到天然气管道的长期有效安全稳定运行,也决定着管线的使用年限,而不同的外防腐施工工艺直接决定着涂层的质量和工期。作者在江苏LNG外输管道工程管线桥防腐管道施工过程中,对施工中存在的一些问题进行了工艺上的改进,形成了新的施工工艺,大大提高了施工速度和工程质量。External coatings of pipeline bridges＇ anticorrosion pipe was three-layer structure of the composite coatings with the combination of Epoxy zinc-rich primer,Mica iron oxide epoxy anti-corrosion coating and Fluorocarbon anti-corrosion coating in Jiangsu LNG outside pipeline project.The quality of external coatings had a direct relation to safety,long-term stability and service life of nature gas pipeline.Besides,the outside anticorrosion pipeline＇s construction technology determined the quality and duration of the coatings.The author updated some technologies and formed some new ones which greatly improved the construction speed and quality during worked at the Jiangsu LNG outside pipeline project.
