针康法对免疫抑制大鼠细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察针康法对免疫抑制大鼠模型血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)及T细胞亚群的影响。方法将40只健康SD大鼠(雄性)体重200～250 g,完全随机分为5组:正常组、模型组、康复组、针康组、针刺组,每组8只。除正常组和模型组外,其他各组分别给予针刺或康复治疗,每天1次,治疗10 d后,取大鼠血清。用放射免疫法检测血清中IL-4含量及外周血CD4+T细胞和CD8+T细胞的含量。结果模型组血清IL-4水平升高,与正常组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。康复治疗和针康法都可降低免疫抑制大鼠血清IL-4水平,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);模型组大鼠CD4+T细胞水平下降,与正常组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);经针刺和康复治疗后,针刺组和针康组大鼠外周血CD4+T细胞水平明显升高,与模型组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。实验各组CD8+T细胞水平于治疗前后无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论针康法能降低大鼠血清中IL-4的含量,显著提高免疫抑制大鼠低下的CD4+T细胞水平,提高机体的细胞免疫功能。Objective To observe the effect of cluster needling of scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation（Tang＇s Approach） on interleukin-4（IL-4）,T lymphocyte subsets of immunosuppressive model rat.Methods40 healthy SD rats（male,200-250 g） was divided into 5 groups randomly： normal group（NG）,model group（MG）,acupuncture group（AG）,rehabilitation group（RG）,and acupuncture with rehabilitation group（ARG）,8 rats in each group.Each group was treated by acupuncture or rehabilitation except the model or normal group,once a day for 10 d.Radioimmunoassay and malondialdehydein（MDA） technique were used to test the contents of IL-4 and T lymphocyte subsets in each group.ResultsThe contents of IL-4 of immunosuppressive rats can decrease significantly in RG and ARG（P〈0.05）.The level of CD4＋ T lymphocyte increased more significantly in AG and RAG than in MG after the treatment（P〈0.01）.ConclusionTang＇s Approach can decrease the contents of IL-4 and improve the level of CD4＋ T lymphocyte in rats.
