摘 要:本文采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)仪测定钴酸锂中Zr元素的含量。该方法采用过氧化钠熔融,熔块经水浸取并过滤,用盐酸将沉淀溶解后,于盐酸介质中用ICP-AES测定。优化了仪器工作条件,选择了合适的分析波长。在选定的谱线条件下,该元素的检出限为0.008μg/mL,相对标准偏差0.60%~0.71%,样品加标回收率在98.2%~102%,测定结果比较理想。该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高、检出限低、线性范围宽,适用于钴酸锂中锆的快速测定。In this paper, An ICP-AES method for the determination of Zr in LiCoO2.This method used Na202 fusing, by the water leaching melt block, with HCL dissolution the precipitate, LiCoO2 was determined in HCL medium determination by ICP-AES. The instrumentation condition was optimized and the appropriate analysis wave length was chosen. Under optimal working conditions, the detection limits of this method was Zr :0.008 Ixg/mL, and the relative standard deviation was 0.60%-0.71%, the recovery rate was 98.2%-102%, The determination result was quite ideal. This method was easy and fast, accurate, the sensitivity was high, the limit is low. The linearity range is wide. It is suitable for the detection of Zr in LiCoO2.
