区域财政科技投入的优化配置研究——以福建省为例

摘　　要：区域财政科技投入的优化配置是一个需要考虑众多密切相关因素的复杂系统问题。文章从分析科技活动的类型、主体、空间区域等要素出发，建立了贴近于实际问题的数学模型；并采用因子-灰关联分析法进行求解分析；最后以福建省财政科技投入优化配置问题为例，对模型的正确性和算法的适用性进行了验证分析。The configuration optimization of regional financial investment in science and technology is a complex system problem which should be considered from many closely related factors. This paper starts from analyzing the elements of the types, subjects and spatial region of scientific and technological activities, sets up the mathematical model maintaining close to reality, and then applies the method of analysis on factor and grey relation to get it. Finally, the paper takes the configuration optimization of financial investment in science and technology of Fujian province as an example to check the correctness of the model and the applicability of the algorithm.
